Wednesday December 3, 9:36 am ET
New Phoenix Hotspots Constructed, Delivered by Development Partner

BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 2003--Air-Q Wi-Fi Corporation (OTCBB: AQWF - News), a Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) Internet access provider, announced today that it had opened two more Wi-Fi hotspots in Phoenix, AZ, to paying customers. Air-Q purchased the network-ready Q-Spots, under its Q-Spot(TM)-brand Wi-Fi hotspot development agreement with its Phoenix development.
"Our Phoenix development partner is fulfilling our expectations for prompt constructing and delivering network-ready Q-Spots," said David Loflin, Air-Q's president. "As with our other Phoenix Q-Spot, these new Q-Spots are located in isolated establishments. However, our development partner continues its pursuit of the installation of Q-Spots in Phoenix-area hotels and office buildings," Mr. Loflin added.

A Q-Spot, or hot spot, in Air-Q's Wi-Fi system is a transmission point that is connected directly to the Internet, either through a telephone line or cable television fiber, through which users' data travels.
