According to the 8-k filed by Iconix, Danskin was suppose to change their name by 30 days after the closing date. The closing date was March 9th, 2007 so today should be the deadline for the name change. I am sure Danskin will release a press release to inform shareholders of the new name and ticker symbol. However, this PR may not come as early as today.

When I spoke to Margie Pritchard, she told me that Iconix may give Danskin an extension on the deadline for the name change. She mentioned it might take a little longer to complete the name change, and Iconix is aware of this.
