I can't believe you would post the links to prove you don't understand AT ALL anything you are talking about. Read the doc if you can understand it. Of the $19 million of which you so gleefully refer, nearly $15 million is in stock issuance expense....

in the third quarter you will notice the stock issuance expense to be a million dollars and the loss significantly narrowed. BUT YOU KNOW THIS....your deception is despicable.
