so if these people are willing to take, let's say 30 million shares of rsds stock, for the mining claims, it's safe to say there will not be a r/s anytime soon

hopefully there are lawyers involved with these sales that are knowledgeable of dealing with penny stocks to put a clause about no r/s for at least 1 year after effective date

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
