It all depends on the direction the company ultimately decides to take. If you get the PDR's, you will only be able to trade them on the new PDR exchange. If the company takes any part of their shares to the OTCBB, you will be able to trade the shares you have now there. The question is how much shares in the form of PDR's will trade for on the new PDR exchange. If it turns up that they will trade at a higher PPS there, you will find many people converting to sell there. Right now, it's a wait and see game.
