PrimEdge, Inc. Negotiates Exclusive Licensing Rights for Broadcast and Media Distribution of the "Absolute Fighting Championship" Mixed Martial Arts Fighting Events to Be Organized, Operated, and Marketed by new PrimEdge Subsidiary

today that it is in discussions for the exclusive licensing rights with
Florida-based "Absolute Fighting Championships" (www.afcmma.com) that will
result in the formation of a new PrimEdge subsidiary to organize, conduct,
promote, and film the Absolute Fighting Championships mixed martial arts
fighting events featuring internationally known "full contact" fighters.
These events will be scheduled starting in late 2007 at the major sporting
event venues in select cities across the U.S. PrimEdge's new subsidiary
will hold exclusive distribution rights for broadcast and media
distribution, including DVDs, of the events. What is known as "full
contact fighting" is the fastest growing spectator sport in the U.S. and
worldwide with up to 10,000 people attending a typical event.
Brian Schuster, PrimEdge's Chairman, stated, "These exclusive licensing
