RICK is the man. Tex, it is hard for some people to understand. If you tell the truth, a disclaimer is not needed. That is why I said RICK may not be your kind of guy, am sure you are up to snuff. Most Texans I have met, would rather climb a tree and tell a lie, than stand on the ground and tell the truth. Probablely thought they were fooling the dumb Indian. Have always hoped I just met the wrong ones. Guess may have to take a trip to Texas. Work I have done, takes about 2 minutes on the job to spot the BSers, 2 drinks in the bar, usually verified it. Must warn everyone, I don't think PROL is a bad investment, because it is no investment at all. If you plan on remodeling, GO FOR IT, PROL will help cut down on buying wallpaper.
