There is great opportunity in the energy sector worldwide. We have focused our first two acquisitions on technologies that increase energy efficiency. Our strategy is to complete the development and intellectual property phases of each product, then license the rights to industry partners with the ability to use or sell the technology.

Rival Technologies has shown steady progress with research, development and testing advancements of CWI Technology. We have completed the development of our first products, filed a patent application, and are now in the process of licensing commercial applications of this technology.

More recently, Rival Technologies is overseeing an investment in an “oil sand” upgrading technology called TRU Oiltech. Testing is now progressing at government approved facilities and we have filed two provisional patents.
