A rational offer will be on the table only if
a deep pocketed company realises that IDTA is
is a real threat to their business, or by another
company which is closely related to the sector
not yet in the explosive/drug detection business.

If CEO prediction, "2007 will be the year
for IDTA" is fulfilled, a serious buyout offer
might follow.
The chances of such a scenario occuring is anybodys guess.
