I would think a tea party would be hard to organize when most taxes are add ons or deducted at the trasaction or are in the form of fees and fines and permits, So the law passed by Washington State that requires a fishing lisence is the law that aproves my paying tax. So I do not have to pay tax, but I then must fish at night. The 94 congress suposedly pulled the IRSs teeth but I supose Bush needs taxes bad now, so maby hes setting them lose again.
