I will answer the on-topic posts. However, when 3 active GLXI posters all of a sudden decide on a Saturday night to ask the same question in 15 separate posts it says a lot about their motive concerning the question. Therefore I deleted the multiple posts as they were all basically the same question.

It is very unnecessary for other individuals doing proper DD to wade thru unnecessary posts when the answer is right in front of your eyes.

Sure there was dilution. Anytime a company issues stock it is dilutive. However, the manner this was done in my opinion is less of an issue as it is all properly disclosed in SEC filings.
