With the warrants just announced on the recent deal with Biometric Investors the fully diluted would be approximatley 260 million. That is if the B funding is used.

The fully diluted prior to this deal was approx. 150 million. Biometric Investors will receive 64 million warrants on the A funding. If the B funding comes into play they will receive another 36 million.

No it is not 400 million at this time.

Keep in mind when a warrant is exercised the investor has to buy stock which translates to cash to the company.
