The Company been conducting its operations in the ordinary course of business and has no material developments in or changes to that business to report at this time that would correlate with the increased trading activity that has been occurring.
The Company also has become aware that certain statements and spam mail may have been appearing on the Internet with respect to the Company's business activities or prospects. The Company is unaware of the source of any such information, but any such information has not been authorized by the Company , and should be viewed by any recipient of such information from that perspective.
The Company has made no recent communications regarding its business other than a press release dated March 19, 2007 which is available through the Pink Sheets News Service. ("Press Release"). The Company has not authorized any third party to make public communications regarding its business, and has not had any reason to report or disclose any news or developments in its business operations except for that set forth in the Press Release."
