why would one spend more hard earned monies on make believe preferred sharesin order to receive a lessor amount of restricted common shares. this is mandatory!! you have a deadline!! your preferred shares become null and void. remember--- you can round up if you want tooo lol. have a great easter everyone!!! play safe rick
