you would have thought he, personally, had won a siginificant Victory that would soon put him off the Hook...

Reality may be far different, as the Plaintiffs may have realised that the reliance on A@P's material - while he admitted shorting the stock - was counterproductive and they're re-arranging the complaint accordingly... If that's the case, then, it's bad News for McBride and SEVU...
