OK... I've been busy with other things and have not been watching this stock lately. Could someone tell me what the letter is all about? I just got mine in the mail yesterday. I though the conversion was going to be "free"... so now we are going to "have" to give them a boat load more money for shares we already bought!? Or is this an April fool’s joke?

Seriously, I'm lost right now. Any help would be appreciated.

How many of us are going through with this? And is it a good/great or bad idea?
