moe, I think that is total bs, if the filings are

wrong and allowed to just sit there without any subsequent clarifying filings then the person who signed off on them could go to jail, this is a big no no in securities law,

someone is working hard to scare the krap out of shareholders here,

why don't you post where that actual post came from? why not give us the advantage of checking out whatever site you found that on?

you sound pretty innocent and I will give you the benefit of the doubt but I must say I find it strange that you omit the source information. Let us know, thx.
