Got your letter today, Hey thanks Buddy. Always glad to hear from the Company.First letter/only one.. in more than a year but it is an important one. Thanks for telling me how I can send Blackout Media Corp my money. oooops I see that later you emphasize in bold, underlined, letters that my $$ goes to the transfer agent who is handling the deal . OK. I just wanted to thank you again for the "free" divy that you'GRANTED" all shareholders ...and you were RIGHT
THE DIVY did NOT DILUTE the common..........I fully understand that our FREE CHOICE to convert 136 trillion preferred for up to 136,000,000,000 restricted COMMON may eventually dilute but NOT the preferred divy OK....got it!!
Say Sandy, I know that you don't like to reveal much info regarding financials because its not my business....BUT....I thought I'd ask anyway...
Since up to 20 million dollars will be sent to the transfer agent......I think he is overpaid!!!!!!
I hope that some of that money will go to help TFN and again..I know its not my business ...BUT...maybe BKMP will benefit a little to help offset the possibly monstrous future dilution of the common..
