Actually the claims don't have to be in Globex' name. The claimholder could have leased the claim to Globex in an undisclosed transaction. This is the major problem with non-reporting companies. A fully-reporting company would have to disclose such a relationship to its shareholders and the public. Pink trash does not.

I say close the pink casino. Require that a company be fully reporting before quotation is permitted in any electronic medium.
