I doubt it

the only problem revealed so far is that ONYI was not current in their filings. USSE just wanted ONYI to get off the pinks, they didn't bring anything special to the table. When USSE found out that they couldn't use ONYI as a vehicle to get off the pinks because of their late filings, the merger was called off..simple.
