Company prs should contain the current outstanding share count...That is a proposal that I have supported for a good while...It looks like another proposal for smaller cap companies not selling on major exchanges should also be considered...Companies should disclose the amount of shares that go to each affilliate of the company and the amount on a quarterly basis...And it should be a mandatory filing quarterly for pink sheet companies as well...That would be about the only way for the regulatory agencies to be able to backtrack and see who may be selling ahead of rules in existence to protect investors...Yeah, a lot of these that we refer to as pos companies usually end up in long term downtrends...But they are in an environment designed for raising capital...Not for some relatives or friends to earn an easy payday...GL...LJ
