The SQUM deal looks more like a strategic partnership versus a traditional financing arrangement. Note they will also be gaining two seats on the board of directors as well as being active in the management of the company.

By being involved in a managerial capacity I'm not as concerned about the financing terms as it is apparent to me Biometric Investors is participating for the long term best interest of the company as they will also be shareholders in the company.
