MadMax - I'm serious about this. I know what I would do if I were in charge. My biggest concerns would be legacy debts, whether the technology really exists, and whether I had the capital to give it an honest shot. I would hope that in the event that CKYS does get a second chance, that we, as the shareholders, make a serious effort to find someone who will work for not too much cash but will take options as his/her profit in the deal.

And I would move the operation out of Utah in a heartbeat. I've seen too many Utah penny scams. A fresh start requires a new name and a new location.
