Our Ceo and Senior Financial Officers are breaking #1 on their own "Code of Ethics for Ceo and Senior Financial Officers" which is found on their website under SLS Investors Tab. By not delivering periodic reports in a "timely fashion". Good thing we have those in place! LOL
