The r/s are history
Look farward -currently there are about 15,000,000 shares at 0.016 that market cap of 240,000$ !.At the p/r from Feb 20 the company said that at the q4 will be 300,000$ net profit

on anual basis that 1,200,000 $ that mean 0.05$ per share at p/e 15 the share price should rize to 0.75$!
i hope that audit q4 will confirm that MHII is currently make 300,000 $ per quarter .
