I talked to the laywer's secretary(working on the deal at the city).
She said that Moffitt has the papers..
Moffitt (m2gen) has to return the papers with basic questions...septic info.. Just little things.
She felt that moffitt would return this soon. She said you could call fri, then she said no wait, it's good friday.
Once moffitt returns the papers, the city votes...
The votes are Thursday, as we know..
So, she then said call tues or wed next week. She believed that this vote could come next thursday, if Moffitt returns the papers in time.
This looks to be happening very soon
