Here's a possible solution: Make a video or audio recording of your meeting. There is a good chance SLJB people will not agree to this; that is not a sign of guilt, though. Most companies, even honest ones, are very wary of committing statements to any kind of permanent record.

If the people who visit, and I do hope you will include Binzur, agree to tape things then they can spin what is said all they want, but we the board members can visit youtube (or where ever) and judge for ourselves when we see/hear the record.
