Filing confirms ONYI was guilty.

Why else would you choose not to continue reporting? I bet they say "we have decided it's too costly to remain a fully reporting company. We can save money on lawyer/accounting fees in order to further grow the business."

The fact of the matter is they don't want to report any more bogus information.
