I too agree about PR but as a battleship turns around, and a trend changes...
then perception changes,,,
i discern you can see that, so i don;t really need to cite examples to you...
But for others,,, if you tripped on a PR of a Co,
and you bought it,, and it went up,,, and you found it because of the pr,, then that market participant would not have a negative mental imprint of PR...
