They are EDIG's only other mp3 player "licensing" deals to date that actually resulted in products being produced. Unfortunately for EDIG, to get the powerhouses like B&O and Musical to play, they had to GIVE away their product and never saw any amount of real income from the deals.
As a matter of fact, the B&O deal was such a complete sell-out that apparently they now completely own the design and the rights to the player and technology, because B&O is not even mentioned by EDIG any more. Yet they are still selling the player.
All told, I think EDIG saw less than $25k from both these deals combined. So you can imagine what kind of terms a GW and a manufacturer that won't even allow EDIG to use their name must have gotten. EDIG will probably end up PAYING!!!
