LMC-RNO, I've seen worse thievery. CHAR.OB back when it was a .OB: shareholders got completely shafted when Pukoil (Lukoil) bought out the Canadian entity that majority owned CHAR. LUK bought out those guys (Nelson resources?) for under market trading price! Then CHAR tanked because it meant LUK controlled CHAR, so then LUK underbid CHAR too but we couldn't do anything about it since LUK controlled over 50% of shares. LUK took two oil companies over and underbid the (then) current market price. How would it make you feel to have a corp buy out your shares for less than what the market was willing to pay before the announcement? Ugh, that one hurt. Wonder if any others here were on the wrong side of that one... I learned a simple lesson though, only own a majority controlled corp if the majority owner is pretty certain to look out for shareholder value first and foremost... Good luck.
I don't mind stealing bread from the mouths of decadence... But I can't feed on the powerless when my cup's already overfilled.
