Any thoughts on the exchange offer?...
It looks very interesting to me. Most of my common shares are at 0.0001 so it's a good increase in value to exchange. Also, Preferred shares are protected from future changes in share structure which also sounds good. If you long on the company, the offer looks good IMO. Any thoughts?
