The CPS repurchase agreement became effective 12/31/06. I think that because it became effective in 06, CPS revenues won't be shown on CHDT's 06 10KSB and there will be a deduction for discontinued operations.
That thought occurred to me yesterday while digging through the recent SEC filings. Does it mean they will have to restate prior 2006 10Qs before they can get out the 10K?
That will provide a lot of information to dig through. I suspect the last 3 10Qs got distorted by the CPS business. A clearer picture of the way ahead should emerge.
Will anyone here bother to dig through it when it happens?
Or, damn the filings, full pump ahead!
