Don't know if that work is started, finished, or in progress...but hard to know these things when the company is uncommunicative. Colvico Inc is a wholy ownded subsiduary as per ENGY's latest 10QSB:

Sure makes for interesting speculation about the trading in ENGY back in early July during the time of this contract being awarded though imo.


If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
