Rruff, what happens when any public company discloses possible future plans with the appropriate disclosures and it does not work out, what happens to the company? If this was the case we would not have a "Corporate America." All I can say is I would never own a public company. BTW, I have never seen a news release from AVTX except the latest one. The 8k and 10k's are carefully prepared with a SEC attorney so I would be surprised if there are any loose ends, I could be wrong but I would not bet on it.
