Hey Rick Berman needs it to raise capital funding and it's allowed and sanctioned by law so taking this into consideration we expected the pps to drop in the process so he can do his thing right ? And in the process it has afforded me (and others) to buy millions of cheap shares so we can become, well RICH !!!
