rruff....the second paragraph is what is happening here (the word induce is not really what Ball was doing though)so I see no recourse for shareholders in this situation....If Gary Ball was sending out constant news releases (making outlandish accomplishments) and paying promoters to induce new shareholders than in that case I see possible recourse for the shareholders....but Gary has never shown any history of this all his announcements have been in an 8k and are usually boring anyway, always with disclosures. I see that some of the shareholders were enamored in the EVS technology and yes AVTX was the first to get certified by the FDA, very sexy stuff....big opportunities lie ahead right? Well, know one knows the aviation market better than Gary and he must see nothing on the horizon for the value of AVTX thus the position we are in. How long does it take to get Fedex certified? Three years and not even certified yet, what does that tell you....now we wait for EVSII certification? How long will that take, five years....I guess Gary saw the writing on the wall. BTW, you never did answer me are you an attorney?
