Yes, you are correct in that you simply told ZEEV that you did not qualify. It's pretty sad that so many internet posters do not understand what is meant by "ACCRETTEDED INVESTOR"!(sp? ACCRETTIDED? ACREDITTITED?...meaning those willing to toss a half million bucks or so aside...LOL!)

Whatever! HAHAHA! But in any case it means that you better be able to lose BIG BUCKS if you invest in ANYTHING that has not a clear SNOWBALLS CHANCE IN HELL of EVER HAPPENING!
