If this is what is most are waiting for, then don't be upset when the price does not increase.

Garr and Company really need to stop putting out all these Fluff and "Going To" PR's.

I would rather see them wait until they have actually accomplished something prior to releasing all these "Gonna" PR's.

Enough is enough already.

Those LOI (Letters Of Intent) PR's are worthless, too.

They just need to put their panties back on and wait until they get things done!
