I would say the preferred shares carry a heavy enough weight to prevent any takeover.
Although, "IF" they get this technology approved and also get it to marketable stage then IMO it will be very big.
We first have to see if this baby will walk and talk before it will be able to run and scream. lol
Although, now is the time to get in if anyone intends to take the gamble, because once this gets to the point where we are either sure of something good or sure of something not so good, it will then be too late either way.JMHO

Just checked with the State of Nevada and there are no changes in the A/S yet. Still at 9.5bb
