Hey smooth, in laymans terms... p2p is to the internet as gasoline is to the oil industry. And Barry and Sean have the patent on the pump!!
There is an earlier patent application in to the USPTO by (Simmons) But it is for accessing media from a remote server to download... not play from a remote server.
