I am going to assume, for the sake of argument, that everything you say is true. However, that does not give Ball the right to take the business for himself without fair and reasonable value to ALL shareholders, even minority and even if the majority votes for the deal.

It's a question of fairness. That is a question of fact and not one based on a temporary share price.

Again, I'm not saying he will do this but that PR hinted that he was going to take this worthless business off our hands for nothing and was, in essence, a different tune from that being sung all these years when he wanted to attract shareholders.
