matt..please correct me if I am wrong!!

WallStreet promoting owns 10% of the issued and outstanding shares.
On February 7 the 2.875 million warrants represented 10% of the outstanding which means the outstanding shares were 28.75million shares as of February 7 2007 . The last info on the PinkSheet website states an outstanding sharecount of 110 million shares as of 09.February 2007?? 1 month dilution or distribution of shares of 80 millions ??
Well anyhow WallStreet does not give a rats...because they own now 11 million shares..AT LEAST..LOL The 10% clause ..remember??
Am I still wrong??
