(1) that Howard loaned the company $5000. Do you dispute this?
(2) that the loan was repaid in stock rather than cash.
(3) and that neither of these "facts" would indicate that the company is exactly swimming in cash.
I don't understand your interpretation nor denial of what was published in the "4".
