(OTCBB:RVIA - News) announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Regional Wireless Networks (RWN), a Texas-based Company specializing in wireless communications. Pursuant to their agreement, RWN will become an independent business unit under REVA, Inc.'s corporate umbrella.
