IMO it is because of all the shorts the last thing they want is for this to trend up as it has been.

I look at this like CTUM. I looked at CTUM when it was in the .30s churning a little and definately undervalued. I thought it a little to rich for my blood at the time. Just after that it jumped into the .80s and .90s

Silly newby that I am I didn't but in when I should have.

So I'm really happy that I'm in HMGP at this level. Cuz I know that it is not going to take much for it to get back up to the .80-.90 range. No brainer IMO
