I dont know what the buy out price will be!! Could be 10 or 15 cents, but at some point in time shorts need to cover as DTC will get to serve a total number of shares that is far in excess of the O/S!! And the shorts are not going to come forward, here, come and get me or we surrender!!

By the by the compnay will engage an indpenent evaluation of their worth. I would think the evaluators would do a Net PResent Value of the compnay's cash flows for 5 yrs based on management projections!! I have done a simple NPV cash flow analysis for 5 yrs with the assumption they will do 25MM in revenues for each of the 5 yrs and a 20% net income, which is 5MM. The NPV come to about 20MM which equates to about 6 cent per share and this is without a P/E. P/E at 10 gives a 60 cent value. P/E at 15 give 90 cent value. Will the company do this, may be not..thta's too much of cash. But when the TO is filed we will all get a glimpse of the indeopendent valuation.
