Didnt Wiley already start the marketing campaign with the flyers that were sent out to the West Bend Insurance customers? The call center was set up to take the million calls for orders? Where are the sales? If there were sales from the call center, he would have PR'd it, who wouldn't PR great sales coming into call center?

If you cannot read into that PR that an RS will happen, then I feel sorry for you.
