There are some who have no clue they get in at .005 with 10K and out at .01 for 20K They pay 44% in taxes and call it a good day. I for one have no issue with this. But I know that this is heading north so It will be there loss. I will say it if you are a flipper I see nothing wrong with what you do but this will be at least .03 give it a ride take it to at least that then jump if you want but by then you might see somthing or hear somthing that will pay you even more for just letting one go for the ride.
