mighty, Lol, worthless pennies often say things as - all is well - moving forwards - claiming acquisitions done.

Unfortunately for the company the SEC filings say differently

So do you believe some penny stock share selling CEO with a track record of dilution and massive losses with 100+ SEC charges filed against him/company about to be fined in the millions and removed from the company by a judge?

Or the legal SEC filings required by law?
